Meet Nichole

Nichole Evans completed the 3000-hour massage program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC in 2012.  Since then she has worked in Vancouver for six years treating clients at a multidisciplinary clinic. Additionally, she worked as a clinical supervisor at the massage therapy college sharing her knowledge as an RMT. She has strived to strengthen her knowledge and clinical practice by taking numerous continuing education courses.  Some of her education has included: Soft tissue release, Instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM), and 200 hr yoga teacher training. She has recently taken an interest and furthered her education in pregnancy, labor, birth & postpartum, and post-cesarean treatment. She can treat a variety of conditions including, but not limited to, arthritis, headaches, whiplash, tension headaches, sciatica, disc herniation, and sport-related injuries.

Nichole aims to meet the unique needs of all of her clients by using the techniques and knowledge she has gained over the course of her career. Some techniques she often uses include but are not limited to deep tissue, soft tissue release, IASTM, triggerpoint therapy, myofascial release and she encourages clients to incorporate therapeutic exercises for optimal results.

She enjoys connecting with her clients individually and aims to decrease long-term pain and discomfort by restoring soft tissue health and educating her clients. She enjoys being a component of people’s health care journey and believes in a holistic approach and when necessary integrating other therapies

Nichole has recently moved to Sidney to start a family and is excited to begin her own practice and be a part of the community. She loves to do yoga, run, hike, travel, go to the ocean and spend time with her husband and son.
